HarborClubAerial-AHarbor Club, a 1,600-acre resort community located on the shores of Lake Oconee, projects to end the year with a 250% increase in real estate sales compared to 2012, according to Harbor Club general manager, Brandon Matney.

The community expects to close $15.9 million dollars in home, townhome, cottage and homesite sales this year compared with $6.25 million in 2012.

“It has been gratifying to welcome over 50 new property owners and club members to Harbor Club over the last year,” says Matney. “The real estate market has gained a great deal of traction and valuation recently and we look to that trend continuing in coming years.”

Harbor Club spent much of 2013 implementing a comprehensive enhancement program that touched every segment of the community, from a new banquet hall and bridal suite to new street signs, and from extensive landscaping work to countless upgrades to the golf course.

Harbor Club will enter 2014 with the grand opening of its new “Pine Lake” model home in the Pine Lake Park neighborhood that offers a spacious, versatile floor plan at an inviting price point.

The Pine Lake neighborhood, with more than 19 recently released lots, is a group of tranquil streets that frame a series of ponds. Matney describes the new, two-level model home as “Lake Oconee Casual,” an open floor plan with over 3,200 square feet.

Real estate offerings at Harbor Club are being marketed in a partnership with Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty, managed by Ann Foster.
