This new lecture series is proving to be very popular as the first two discussions garnered more attendance than anticipated! As stated before, this year’s series will focus on Civil War topics, in keeping with the 150th anniversary of Sherman’s March to the Sea in 1864.
All programs will be held in the museum, unless otherwise noted, and are free to the public, though donations are always appreciated. Light refreshments will be served afterward. Anyone who enjoys history, has an interest in the Civil War, or simply loves a good story may find “Sunday at the Museum” to be habit-forming. Please be sure to mark your calendar for the Sundays at the Museum lectures below as they are now scheduled through the month of September.
