A $30 million medical office park is being planned near Athens, a growing healthcare hub.
Resurgence Park, located in Oconee County, will include up to 10 buildings including medical office buildings, an assisted living facility and a hotel, according to a Development of Regional Impact filing.
The 30-acre development will be geared toward physician practices and could include ambulatory surgery centers, said Edward R. Nichols, vice president at Nichols Land and Investment Company, the park’s developer.
