Winter Storm Pax could make roads impassable in Greene County Tuesday night and into Wednesday, a local official says.
“We’ve already been told by officials with the Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) to expect a catastrophic and historic ice event,” Greene County EMA Director Byron Lombard said. “It could be really bad and unlike anything we’ve seen around here in a number of years, if ever.”
